Returns Policy

At SuperCove we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or encounter any issues, our returns policy follows UK consumer law and is designed to be simple and fair.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.

  • Email cove@supercove.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and suitably packaged.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of postage). We refund the cost of items plus the original standard delivery charge. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 1 working day of delivery with photos and details. We will replace faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost.

Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Bespoke or custom-made products
  • Goods that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery

How to Return Items

  1. Email cove@supercove.co.uk with your order number, details of the items, and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions.
  3. Pack items securely and use a tracked courier. Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
