We always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please order in advance if your project is time sensitive.
Free delivery on all orders over £200 (ex VAT) to mainland UK (excluding surcharge areas).

If you miss your delivery, the courier will usually attempt again the next working day. After two attempts, your order may be held at a local depot or returned to our warehouse. If the goods are returned, an additional charge may apply to arrange redelivery.
Check the packaging when your order arrives. If it looks damaged, sign for it as “damaged” with the courier. After delivery, please check all items promptly. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 1 working day with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
